How many times can I enter?
You can submit one entry per day, for the duration of the competition. Please do not try to submit the same photo more than once - variety is the spice of life!
I have entered the competition. Why can’t I see my photo in the gallery?
All photo entries go through an approval process before they are placed into the gallery. This may take up to 48 hours. We will email you to let you know whether your photo has been approved or not. Please check your junk emails if you haven’t heard from us.
Why has my photo been rejected?
We approve photos which we feel best illustrate the Fun-Packed theme. Please read the rules for the competition and see the example entries to get a feel for what we are looking for (and what we are not).

Your photo may also be rejected if:
1) It is clearly the wrong orientation (uploaded photo is sideways or upside down).
2) The image quality is too low (i.e. blurred, poorly scanned). If you struggle to see it other people won’t get it!
3) The image is too small, (i.e. is smaller than 4” X 3” - Standard photos are 6” x 4”)
4) The image features smoking, alcohol, illegal activity or is offensive in any way.
5) We believe the image has been taken from a third party and may infringe copyright.
6) Your photo may not have uploaded correctly (i.e. you didn't wait for the upload to finish before closing your browser window, refreshing the page or navigating away from the page). This can also happen if you did not actually select a photo to upload before clicking the 'enter' button.
How will I know if I have won?
You will be notified by email within 14 days of entry. Please note that some email management systems filter the emails straight into your junk folder.
