1. This Promotion is only open to people resident in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
2. The Promotion is not open to businesses or employees or agents of Morning Foods Ltd.
3. No trade, consumer groups or third party entries will be accepted.
4. The Promotion comprises both Weekly Competitions and Daily Competitions.
5. The Daily Competitions will run from 00:00 to 23.59 each and everyday for the duration of the Promotion.
6. Only winners of the Daily Competition will be entered for the Weekly Competition.

8. The Weekly Competitions will run from 00:00 on the day of opening to 23:59 on the day of closing.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
10. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted.
11. All entries must not infringe the rights of any other party.
12. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured.
13. Entrants will retain copyright in the photographs that they enter.
14. Entrants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.
15. All entries will be moderated, and only approved photos will be posted in the Gallery.
16. Approved entries will be placed into the Gallery and visitors to the site will be able to view them. Approved entries may also be posted to our Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=106583176054796 as well as our twitter page, http://twitter.com/fun_packed
17. Only the photos published in the Gallery will be entered into the Daily Competition.
18. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the competitions unless they opt out by contacting us at Morning Foods Ltd (see address above).
19. Winners will be selected by an agent of Morning Foods Ltd. and will be the entry they feel best illustrates the Fun-Packed theme. Their decision is final.
20. Winners will be selected and notified by email within 14 days.
21. If unable to contact the winner within 14 days after first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to the second choice.
22. No entrant will win more than one ‘Weekly Prize’ and only one ‘Weekly Prize’ will be awarded per household.
23. The ‘Weekly Prizes’ will be announced on the Prizes page at least 7 days prior to that ‘Weekly Prize’ competition opening.
24. All winners will receive a 500g box of Mornflake Chocolatey Squares.
25. The winner’s names can be requested in writing from Morning Foods Ltd (see address above).
26. All prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
27. If any element of the prize stated is unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be provided.
28. By entering your fun-packed photos, you give permission to Morning Foods Ltd to publish your pictures on the website and use them in the future for promotional purposes.
29. By entering the Promotion participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
30. The Promoter may refuse to accept an entry or withdraw an entry at its sole discretion and without prior notification.
31. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the content of any photo posted on the gallery.
32. The Promoter welcomes feedback from site visitors with regards to any entries that may be in breach of these clauses.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the length of this Promotion.
35. No purchase is necessary.
